MSA Election: Connecting Mizzou’s Stripes

MSA Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates junior Mason Schara and senior Kelsey Haberberger rallied their supporters at Shakespeare’s Pizza this afternoon to discuss their platform and get to know the student body on a more personal level.

“Kelsey and I really wanted to do something different and get to know the faces of our supporters,” Schara said. “We’re both really plugged into campus, but we can always do more.”

The main point of the candidates platform is to “Connect Mizzou’s Stripes” and their hope is that events like this will start to blend the different parts of campus into one.

“This event is just the beginning,” Schara said. “If elected I want to have a meeting with the Presidents and executive boards of every org so that we as an administration are as transparent as possible.”

The MSA elections will be held online at from November 11-13.
